This spacious yurt offers a queen size bed, cozy seating, and a dining area. It is heated by a propane stove. The clear dome offers the sun’s warmth and light.
20-foot diameter yurt sleeps 2-4 (stackable cots can be made available).

April 11, 2023 at 1:28 amWe stayed in January 2023. Access to yurt was by Snowmobile and when we arrived the stove was running and pleasantly warm. We brought what we needed, some snacks, and drinks. This yurt had everything we needed for a quiet get-a-way weekend. If you wanted to cook food, they had all the items you would need. Comfortable and clean bed, with plenty of blankets for winter. The Outhouse (aka privy) did not smell and was very clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer.

It was the best nights sleep we have had in a long time. We would love to come back to experience a Summer weekend. Highly recommend! This is an experience you don’t want to miss.

April 11, 2023 at 12:39 amI stumbled upon this opportunity and jumped at a chance for such a unique opportunity. The best part is that there is not a 3 night stay minimum. We were a bit surprised by the hill, but the trek was well worth the effort. Super great views. We spotted an Eagle in a tree across the valley. The outhouse had a great view of the windmills. It was way too windy and cold to have a campfire, but the area has swivel chairs and plenty of wood within arms reach. The yurt was fun and could easily inspire a writer or artist, with its openness and plentiful views. I found a blue torpedo sled in the outhouse and managed to go from the yurt to the trail in about 2 seconds, hooting and hollering the whole way down. We hope to return more often than not. Thank you for unique and really fun experience that required zero electricity.

The walk in during the winter months was fine with my young kids and the snow gave it a little different scenery. The kids had a blast sledding down the hill in front of the yurt and the propane stove made the yurt nice and cozy for when we decided to come in for the night. TJ did an awesome job staying in contact with us prior to our visit and after to make sure things went well. Can’t wait to go back in the summer months for a family weekend away.

It was clean, amazing scenery, the yurt was so kool for our first yurt to stay in. We definitely will be back to stay hopefully yearly! Very resonable pricing and the area has great attractions.
